Our Refer-a-Friend Program lets you introduce your club to friends and family. When your referral joins the club, we reward you with some great EQ Fitness merchandise or services!

Just tell your friend about the club and have them request a FREE PASS from our "FREE PASS" page. They should put your name in the entry form that reads "Referred by" When your qualified referral joins EQ Fitness you'll receive the current Refer-a-Friend gift as a token of our appreciation. It's that simple!
